What we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated October 25, 2026.
When you request a quote or contact us through a form on this site, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and any notes you add about your project. If you call us, we may keep a record of the call and the number it came from.
We also record where a request came from, such as the page you were on, the website or search that brought you here, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. We use your browser's local storage to remember this for up to 30 days so we know which page or source led to your request. It does not identify you on its own, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule a visit, and follow up about your project. We also use the source information to understand which pages of this site are helpful so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal information. Form submissions are received through our website host, and we may pass your request to the local contractor or crew that will handle your project so they can contact you. We may also share information when the law requires it.
This site uses HTTPS, and we limit access to form submissions to the people who need them to respond. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to update or delete the information you sent us at any time. Email us at the address below and we will take care of it. To stop receiving calls or messages from us, tell us when we contact you or email us.
This site is meant for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
